Excited!!!

Im super excited!!! I have always want to take the Wilton decorating classes but for some reason before I move to Japan I sing for the classes and they always cancel them :0( so Like I say in one of my post everything I know about cake and cake decorating I have learn by my self. Well last cake I bake for a friend's birthday, this lady came to me and told me I made the best cake she have ever taste and she is a profesional cake decorting and baker. So long story short she offer me to teach me every wilton class for free ;0) yey!!! and TODAY is my 1st day and Im SUPER EXCITED!!!! Wish me LUCK!!!!!

Sorry!!!

Sorry I haven't write anything for a long time. Really busy with school and baking cake. Since I did one of my friends baby shower everyone wants me to do their cake...Yey good business!!! No I haven't work out like a promise last post urgh :-/ but I haven gain no weight I have lost weight but no muscle building :-(. I try my size 7 pants today and they fit perfect no tie no nothing PERFECT I havent wear size 7 in over 1 yr I want to say 2 yrs or a little more. So it feel great. So tomorrow I will go to the gym n I say I will start next week in full. I will keep everyone post it!!! Big hugs!!!!

My cakes

I apologizes because on my NEW PASSION post I say I was going to post pict of my cakes but I didnt lol so here they are.

This wasnt the 1st cake I did but it was the 1st cake I decorated and it look GREAT (im still looking for a pict of the 1st cake I made and decorated was horrible lol) This is buttercream frosting the cake was almond flavor with some brandy in it ;0) (everything from scratch)



This was my 1st fondant cake and so far the only one (I still need practices lol) I havent make no more fondant cake but I will soon ;0) (everything from scratch)



This was my birth day cake is frosting and the starts are fondant. The cake was almond with rum. (everything from scratch)





This was my 1st carrot cake with creamcheese frosting (my favorite cake ever) (Everything from scratch!!!)



My 1st birthday cake for someone out of the family. Strawberry shortcake theme.. cake was vanilla with vanilla frosting. (everything from scratch)








2nd cake done for someone other than my family. This one was for a babyshower. Was a last minute cake. Almond cake with bacardi and almond frosting.











These are my cakes so far. I have made others but that was at first when I was trying to master the cake recipe and the frosting recipe then I begin to learn how to decorate. I have learned everything myself no help just books, you tube and just using my imagination and practices practice practices!!!!

A New Start

Well for those who knew that I wanted to compete…WELL I didn’t. I don’t want to go in to details but after I was promise some stuff nothing came through the person didn’t do what she say she was going to do. So at the end I wasn’t ready to do it. Yes I did lost 15lb pounds and I’m 6% of my perfect body fat that mean I have to lose at least 12 more lb (but I want 20) so I can be on my perfect body weight. Well I was kind of bummed last week because that was the week I was supposed to compete and no I didn’t go to the gym at all and I ate a little too much. But Sunday (the day of the competition) I made a big promise to myself. I told myself it wasn’t any need for me to feel like that. To get up and just work out like I was before I work so hard and no matter competition or no it wasn’t fare for me and my body to forget my hard work. So guess what I did this morning. I wake up feeling better than ever. I went to the gym did my 45 minutes in the elliptical machine, did 1hr of weights, 30 minutes on just abs and I eat my 1500 calories (my breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, and dinner .) I feel better than ever and I know if I keep doing like this in less than 2 month I can lose my 12lbs and be FABULOUS!!!!! What I’m going to do is to keep in here how I’m doing and write my work out. I was training with a personal trainer that she is a bodybuilder so I can say I learn a lot from her. So I will be sharing tips and work out that she teaches me. If anyone have a question just ask me. Let’s do this together!!!!
I didn’t weight today but last time I weight in was 9/07
My weight was 157 (yikes)
My fat % 35.2
Fat mass 55.4 (I went up 1 :0( )
FFM (my muscle) 102.0 (I lost 2 :0( )
But this was after 1 week of no exercises and going out to eat every day so I didn’t do as bad. What I would do is after this week I will weight myself again and see where I’m at.
Well with this weight I need to eat 1,520 calories. Yes that was the hardest part because I was eating less than that. And with 1,520 calorie I will be able to burn fat and build muscle.
I need to eat:
Breakfast 325 calories
Lunch 625 calories
Dinner 420 Calories
Snacks 150 calories
So let see how it go tomorrow!!!!!
